The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Restoration Of The Outer Shell Of The Street Premises Of The Regional Office Building U Zimního Stadion 1952/2 In České Budějovice In Accordance With The Tender Conditions. Street Spaces Are Located In U Zimního Stadionu, Lidická Třída And Goetheva Streets. In The Newly Designed State, Care Must Be Taken To Preserve All Historic Facade Elements. Metal Decoration Of Cornices And Attics Will Be Done Anew. In The Case Of Plinth Masonry In The Place Where The Stone Is Visible, Its Restoration Will Be Carried Out With The Help Of Pembling. The Plating Of Cornices And Parapets Will Be Repaired Only Partially In Places Where It Is Necessary, As Specified In The List Of Works. The Works Also Include The Restoration Of The Staircase And Barrier-Free Ramp In The Courtyard Of The Regional Office Building.
