This Request For Proposals (The “Rfp”) Is An Invitation By The City Of St. Albert (The “City”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For 2026 Trail Rehabilitation – Erin Ridge And Oakmont, As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfp Particulars (Appendix B) (The “Deliverables”). This Work Includes But Not Limited Too:Erin Ridge Retaining Wall Replacement •All Required Actions, Plans, And Management Required To Construct The Infrastructure Stated Below And Within The Rfp Document.•Ability To Work Within A Naturalized Environment And Provide Low Impact Construction.•Removal Of Existing Trail Infrastructure.•Placement Retaining Wall With Railing System •Supply And Install Asphalt Trail And Structure.•Remove And Supply Trail And Structure Within The Trail System Outside Of The Retaining Wall Area. Oakmont Trail And Bridge Rehabilitation •Remove And Supply Trail And Structure Within The Trail System Outside Of The Bridge Area. •Remove And Dispose Of Existing Bridge Timbers Decking And Railings •Supply And Install New Timbers For Decking And Railings •Realign Existing Stringers
