This Request For Proposals (The “Rfp”) Is An Invitation By The Regional Municipality Of Wood Buffaloto Prospective Proponents To Submit A Proposal (“Proposal”) For External Financial Audit Services,As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfp Particulars (Appendix D) (The “Deliverables”). The Term Of The Agreement Is Intended To Be For Five (5) Consecutive Fiscal Year-End Audits (I.E., 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, And 2030), Subject To Satisfactory Annual Performance Assessments, With An Option In Favour Of The Municipality To Extend The Agreement On The Same Terms And Conditions For An Additional Two (2) Consecutive Fiscal Year-End Audits.
