The Next Phase Of Halkirk’S Utility Renewal Project Focuses On Upgrading The Existing Water And Replacing Sanitary Systems Along Main Street, Between Railway Avenue And Alberta Avenue And Continuing Off To Replace Sanitary Line From Range Rd 160 To Lagoon Area. The Work Will Require An Excavation To Upgrade Existing Water Systems And Replace Existing Sanitary Systems, Restoration Of Work Area And Road Surface Works. Some Materials Within The Project Area Will Require Special Precautions For Removal And Disposals, Due To The Nature Of Existing Materials And Contamination.
