The Purchase Of A Realistic-Looking Newborn Simulator Under The Conditions Stipulated In The Basic Documents Of The Tender. The Device To Be Purchased Must Be New, Meet Current Medical Device Requirements (Including Ce Marking) And Enable Various Clinical Procedures, Such As Intubation, Ventilation, Cpr And Drug Administration. The Tender Includes The Delivery Of The Simulator To The Suppliers Location In The Tallinn Simulation Center, Together With The Necessary Technical Documentation, User Training And At Least A 24-Month Warranty. The Provider Must Ensure The Maintenance And Technical Support Of The Device In Estonia. The Duration Of The Procurement Contract Is Indicated In The Tender Notice As An Indicative Duration And Depends On The Delivery, Handover And Acceptance Of The Device By The Supplier. The Procurement Contract Is Valid Until The Proper Execution Of The Contract, Including The Handover Of The Device And The End Of The Warranty Period. The Warranty Period Begins With The Signing Of The Act Of Handover And Acceptance Of The Device And Lasts For 24 Months.
