The Market Survey Is Organized In Accordance With § 10 Of The Public Procurement Act In Order To Inform Entrepreneurs About The Planned Public Procurement And To Receive Feedback And Suggestions About The Subject Matter And Conditions Of The Procurement. The National Information And Communication Technology Center (Rit) Centrally Procures, Among Other Things, Portable Computers, Tablet Computers And Desktop Computers On The Basis Of Order No. 119 Of The Government Of The Republic Of April 14, 2022. The Framework Agreement Concluded As A Result Of The Public Procurement Extends To The Institutions Named In The Relevant Order And In Addition To The Legal Entities That Have Authorized Rit To Organize The Public Procurement. Public Procurement Is Planned To Be Divided Into Parts According To The Purpose Of Using The Computers And Based On The Type Of Framework Contract. The Types Of Framework Contracts Are Framework Contracts With Multiple Bidders For Organizing Mini-Contests And Framework Contracts With One Bidder For Ordering Computers From The E-Catalogue. E-Catalog Contracts Are Concluded With One Provider, And For The Duration Of The Contracts, The Data And Prices Of The Products And/Or Services Are Fixed With The Accuracy Of The Product Or Service Model.
