The Construction Site Is A New Beach Stage Planned For The Kirkonkylä Beach Area Located At The End Of Nietoinkuja, Vihdi Municipality, With Its Surrounding Environment, And A Planned Slope Structure At The Parkway Leading From The Kappalainen Path To Kirkkoniemi. The Sites And Their Surroundings Are Presented In More Detail In The Construction Plans Drawn Up For The Area. The Work Includes: 1) Construction Of The Beach Platform To The Location Shown In The Plans, As Well As The Construction Of The Structures Surrounding The Beach Platform In The Extents Shown In The Contract Limit Attachments. The Work Includes The Construction Of The Beach Platform According To The Plans, The Construction Of Stormwater Structures And Systems, Lighting And Surveillance Camera Systems, And Other Areas And Structures (Green Areas, Etc.) As Shown In The Plans. 2) The Construction Of The Slope Includes The Construction Of The Slope To Its Planned Location From The Kappalainen Path To The Outdoor Trail Leading To Kirkkoniemi, As Well As The Dismantling Of The Existing Old Stairs At The Site With Removal. The Slope Is Not Lit. Both Sites Include, In Addition To New Construction, The Demolition And Decommissioning Of Existing Structures In The Contract Areas As Shown In The Construction Plans And Otherwise To The Extent Required By The Construction. Contract Limit Appendices Have Been Drawn Up By Type Of Technology (Shore Platform, Storm Water Structures, Camera Surveillance, Electrification And Lighting). Possible Changes Regarding The Construction Plans Are Presented In The Contract Boundary Attachments (E.G. The Laying Of Electric Lines At The Shore Platform And The Relocation Of The Light Pole/Surveillance Camera). In The Peripheral Areas Of The Contract Boundary Attachments, The Structures And Joints Must Be Implemented In Such A Way That They Seamlessly Connect To The Current Environment. In The Implementation, It Must Be Noted That The Plans Have Been Drawn Up For The Entire Kirkonkylä Beach Area, But The Implementation Is Now Done In Stages And Not All The Areas Presented In The Plans Have Yet Been Implemented Or Will Be Implemented In This Context. The Construction Must Not Impair The Possibilities Of The Following Steps. 3) Special Considerations Regarding Activities In The Area In Relation To The Implementation Of The Beach Platform Area, A Special Mention Should Be Made Of The Removal Of The Wooden Foundations Of The Old Beach Platform In The Lakes Shore Water From The Lake Before The Start Of Construction Work On The Beach Platform, As Well As The Removal By Mechanical Dredging Of The Stormwater Structure On The East Side Of The Beach Platform, The Beach Vegetation Between The Point Of The Beach Platform And The Swimming Beach On The West Side Of The Beach Platform, And The Alien Species (Isoorsimo) By Mechanical Dredging. The General Contractor Must Draw Up A Dredging Plan For Dredging And A Separate Plan For Performing Safe Work And Delimiting The Work Area. Dredging Must Not Cause Harmful Consequences For The Water Environment In General As Referred To In The Water Act. The Licensing And Control Agency And The Owner Of The Water Area Must Be Notified Of Dredging And Mowing Of Vegetation 30 Days Before The Procedure Is Carried Out. Notification To The Licensing And Supervision Agency Is Made Electronically. The Customer Has A Dredging Notice For The Site. During The Dredging And The Construction Of The Shore Platform, A Filter Cloth Lining And An Oil Separation Boom Must Be Placed In The Water On The Lake Side, So That Beach Sediments Do Not Travel Far From The Shore.
