The City Of Espoo Tilapalvelut-Liikelaitos (Later The Client) Is Asking For Bids For Renovations To Extend The Life Cycle Of The Tuohimäki Daycare Center. A More Detailed Description Of The Procurement Can Be Found In Appendix 1 Of The Tender Request Contract Program. Familiarization Visit: The Customer Requires The Bidder To Participate In A Mandatory Familiarization Visit Organized By The Customer Before Bidding. A Mandatory Familiarization Visit Will Be Organized On Tuesday, June 9. At 3 P.M. And On Thursday 11.6. At 10 Oclock. The Name And Address Of The Object Is Tuohimäki Kindergarten: Tuohimäki 4, 02130 Espoo. The Customer Will Reject The Offer If The Offeror Has Not Familiarized Himself With The Destination During A Familiarization Visit Organized By The Customer. The Familiarization Visit Must Be Registered In Advance, No Later Than Three Days Before The Time Of The Familiarization Visit. Registration Is Done By Email To [email protected]. If Registrations Are Not Received By The Deadline, The Client Reserves The Right To Postpone The Familiarization Visit, Which Will Be Announced Separately On The Tarjouspalvelu.Fi Supplier Portal. The Tenderer Can Submit Familiarization Visits To The Site Before The Last Day For Submitting Questions During Office Hours From 8:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M. The Proposal Must Be Sent To The E-Mail Address [email protected] No Later Than 7 Days Before The Time Of The Desired Familiarization Visit. Acquaintance Visits Will Be Organized If They Suit The Customer And The User, Those Who Have Familiarized Themselves With The Request For Tender Will Be Notified Of The Additional Familiarization Visits To Be Arranged In A Message From The Tender Service Supplier Portal. Procurement: Below Is The Outline Of The Scope Of The Contract, A More Detailed Description Of The Procurement Can Be Found In Appendix 1 Contract Program And Appendix 2 Plans Of The Tender Request. The Tender Request Attachments Cannot Be Read Through The Hilma Website Of Procurement Notices, But The Tenderer Must Familiarize Themselves With Them On The Tender Service Supplier Portal, Where The Customer Publishes The Tender Request. The Building Is Undergoing An Extensive Interior Renovation. A False Plinth Repair Is Carried Out On The Exterior Walls. The Insulation Of The Exterior Walls And The Interior Paneling Will Be Renewed. The Penetrations In The Walls Will Be Sealed. The Surface Concrete Slab Will Be Renewed From The Sub-Base Structure, To Which Floor Heating Will Be Added. A Fixed Maintenance Ladder Will Be Installed. The Facade Of The Main Building Will Be Cleaned And The Wood Paneling Will Be Service Painted, The Damaged Wood Paneling Will Be Renewed. The Windows And Doors Will Be Renewed. The Encryption System Will Be Renewed. A New Garbage Shelter, A Roller Shelter And A Carriage Shelter Will Be Made In The Yard. A New Retaining Wall Will Be Made In The Yard And Awning Foundations Will Be Made Next To The Sandboxes. The Sites Two Ventilation Machines Will Be Renewed And One Ventilation Machine Will Be Added To The Site. The Ventilation Systems Duct Fittings And Terminals Will Be Renewed. Changes Are Being Made To The Ventilation Ducts. The Sanitary Technology And Water Pipes Of The Wet Rooms Will Be Renewed, And The Current Underfloor Heating Will Be Renewed And Connected To The Heating Network. The Ventilation System Is Cleaned And Adjusted In Its Entirety. A Switch For Underfloor Heating Is Added To The Heat Distribution And The Old Radiator Network Switch Is Removed. The Heating Networks Are Washed And Adjusted In Their Entirety. New Devices Are Added And Dismantled Devices With Cabling Are Removed To The Sites Current Building Automation System. New Devices Are Electrified With Safety Switches. Socket And Lighting Changes Are Made To The Electrical System. The Pole Lights In The Outdoor Area Will Be Renewed. The Soundproofing Of The Interior Spaces Will Be Improved With Material Choices And Sound-Absorbing Wall Panels. The Form Of Contract Is A Complete Contract. All Work Presented In The Tender Documents Is Included In The Total Contract. The Selected Supplier Acts As The Main Contractor In The Project And As The Main Implementer In Accordance With The Government Decree On The Safety Of Construction Work (2009/205). The Preliminary Contract Period Is 24.8.2026 – 30.5.2027. The Site Is Not In Operation During The Contract. The Sanction Table, Final Cleaning Instructions And Dust Control Instructions, Which Can Be Found In Appendix 1 Contract Program. The Customer Will Choose A Supplier Based On The Tender Process. The Customer Is Not Committed To The Announced Purchase Quantities.
