The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Teaching And Assessment Of The Common Degree Components Of The Vocational Basic Degree (Yto) For Students Of The Horse Institute. The Acquired Entity Covers All Mandatory Parts Of The Degree And The Optional English Language. There Are Approximately 60–80 Students In Total. About 30 Percent Of Them Study In An Educational Institution Format, And The Rest Are Multi-Format Students. A Large Part Of The Group Is Not Required To Attend School. The Target Schedule Is To Start Teaching From Autumn 2026. Course Scheduling Will Be Agreed With The Winning Bidder. The Buyer Has Set Three Goals For The Procurement: Goal 1. High Pass Rate And Progress Of Studies In Accordance With The Funding Model. Goal 2. Equality And Accessibility: The Service Must Also Be Able To Activate Students With Weak Study Motivation And Need For Support. Goal 3. The Horse College Does Not Need Detailed Information About Individual Task Performance, But The Focus Is On The Steady Progress Of Studies And Anticipation Of Possible Risks. Knowledge Can Be: 1. Independent Online Teaching: Courses Are Completed Entirely Independently Online, But The Provider Is Responsible For Active Monitoring Of Progress And Contact. 2. Hybrid Remote Model: Independent Online Teaching, Supported By Regular, Teacher-Led Group Guidance With Remote Connections (E.G. Teams Clinics/Workshops).3. Hybrid Local Model: Independent Online Teaching, Supported By Teacher-Led Group Guidance Or Workshops As Local Teaching In The Premises Of The Horse School Or In Facilities Operating In The Vicinity Of The Horse School (Taking Into Account The Challenges Associated With The Transportation Of Students, Which Ypäja Poses As A Remote Area).
