Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of Vänmanninsaari Beach Structures

The Vänmann Island Beach Structures Construction Site Is Located In The Pokkinen District Of The City Of Oulu. The Beach Structures To Be Built Are Located In The Western Part Of Vänmanni Island In The Area Between The Western Corner Of The Theater And The Western Corner Of The Main Library. The Contract Includes The Construction Of Beach Structures In The Western Part Of Vänmanni Island In The Area Between The Theater And The Main Library. The Shore Structures On The Side Facing The Theater And The Main Library Will Be Continued With The Same Type Of Structure Up To The Corner Of The Island, But On The Side Facing Pikisaari, Vänmanni Island, The Shore Structures Will Be Located Approximately 12-13 M To The Sea Side Of The Current Shoreline. The Shore Structures Are Built Under The Protection Of The Working Dam As Dry Work. During The Construction And Dismantling Of The Work Dam, The Silt Curtain Must Be In Place The Entire Way. The Part Of The Permanent Steel Sheet Piling Wall From The Totality Of The Request For Tender Is Conditional, And The Contractor Will Be Informed About Its Procurement No Later Than August 14, 2026. The Permanent Steel Retaining Wall Has Its Own Quantity And Unit Price List, And The Total Price Formed From It Is Taken Into Account When Comparing Offers. The Portion Of The Permanent Steel Retaining Wall Must Also Include All Overhead Costs. If The Price Of The Conditional Part Differs Substantially From The General Price Level, The Customer Has The Right To Reject The Offer.
