The Procurement Will Be Carried Out As An Open National Procurement. The Execution Form Of The Contract Is A Complete Contract. All Works And Procurements Presented In The Tender Documents Are Included In The Overall Contract. The General Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor In The Project And As The Main Contractor In Accordance With The Land Use And Construction Act. Six Months Of Working Time Will Be Reserved For The Contract, The Work Can Be Started In June 2026 Familiarization Visit: The Customer Requires The Bidder To Participate In A Mandatory Familiarization Visit Organized By The Customer Before Bidding. A Mandatory Familiarization Visit Will Be Organized On The Following Days: 10.6, 17.6 And 22.6 At 14-15, If There Are Registrations. The Address Of The Object Is Glimsintie 1, 02770 Espoo. The Customer Will Reject The Offer If The Bidder Has Not Familiarized Himself With The Destination During A Familiarization Visit Organized By The Customer. Registration For The Familiarization Visit Must Be Made In Advance By 15:00 On The Weekday Preceding The Desired Familiarization Date At The Latest By Email To [email protected]. If Registrations Are Not Received By The Deadline, The Subscriber Reserves The Right To Postpone The Familiarization Visit, Which Will Be Announced Separately On The Tarjouspalvelu.Fi Supplier Portal.
