The Procurement Of The Service Is Based On The Innovation Challenge The Best Sense Of Security In The World Launched By The Ministry Of The Interior In 2019 And The Need To Strengthen A Continuous, Up-To-Date And In-Depth Understanding Of The Safety Of The Entire Population, Its Experiences And The Factors Affecting Them. The Procurement Unit Requests Bidders Interested In Procurement To Respond To This Request For Information And Participate In The Market Dialogue. This Is Not A Procurement Announcement Or A Request For Tender, But A Request For Information As Part Of Market Mapping, The Purpose Of Which Is To Obtain Information About Suppliers And Their Services For The Implementation Of The Procurement. The Service Includes Two Separate Datasets Produced By Uniform Data Collection And Determined By The Subscribers, One Of Which Is Delivered To The Ministry Of The Interior And The Other To The Prime Ministers Office To The Office. The Supplier Is Responsible For The Storage, Processing And Appropriate Breakdown Of These Data Materials. The Service Must Also Enable The Necessary Additional Data Collection And Analysis Of The Data As Separate Orders.
