The City Of Tornios Corporate And Vitality Services Branch And Information Management Services Are Tendering The Fiber Optic Ring In The Putaa Area As Constructed. Service Model And Division Of Responsibilities Procurement Is Carried Out As A Service. The Subscriber Uses The Fiber Optic Link Implemented And Maintained By The Service Provider As A Service According To The Contract. The Service Provider Is Responsible For The Design, Construction, Commissioning, Management, Maintenance, Supervision, Fault Response And Repairs Of The Network Needed To Provide The Service Throughout The Contract Period. The Customer Is Not Responsible For The Maintenance, Repairs, Or The Resulting Costs Of The Network, Cables, Pipes, Wells, Devices Or Other Network Components Used To Provide The Service, Unless The Damage Is Caused By The Customers Willful Or Gross Negligence. Careless Procedure. Ownership Of The Network Used To Provide The Service Or Its Parts Is Not Transferred To The Customer, Unless The Matter Is Separately Agreed In Writing. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Implementation And Maintenance Of A Fiber Optic Link Between The Customers Offices. The Tenderer Must Deliver A Reliable, Duplicated Optical Fiber Solution That Enables The Continuity Of Data Traffic Even During A Single Fiber Outage. The Objects To Be Implemented And The Preliminary Routing Are Described In Appendix One (Appendix 1). Requirements The Tenderer Must: - Design, Build And Deploy A Fiber Optic Ring Solution For The Destinations Specified By The Customer - Implement The Network In Such A Way That The Connections Work With A Ring Topology And Enable Automatic Routing In The Event Of A Failure - Be Responsible For The Necessary Permits, Measurements And Documentation - Deliver The Technical Documentation Of The Network During Commissioning - Provide Maintenance And Fault Repair Services During The Contract Period.
