Note! Update June 12, 2026 Piling And Foundation Works For Buildings (Excl. Earthwork) Are Included In Sub-Area 3. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Earthworks And Structures Of The Nature Trail Of The Lammasniemi Recreation Area In Vesilahti, Within The Scope Defined By The Plans And Contract Documents. The Form Of The Contract Is A Total Price Package. The Procurement Is Divided Into Three (3) Sub-Areas: Sub-Area 1: Earthworks, Including All Necessary Earthworks, Such As The Path, Circulation, Parking Area And Earthworks For The Foundations Required By The Structures, With Accessories. Sub-Area 2: Pier Installed On Site. To Sub-Areas, Only To One Sub-Area Or To The Number Of Sub-Areas He Chooses. One (1) Contractor Will Be Selected For Each Sub-Area. The Main Contractor Of The Project Will Be The Civil Engineering Contractor Selected For Sub-Area 1. The Contractors Of Sub-Areas 2 And 3 Act As Sub-Contractors. No Construction Work Can Be Done On Site In The Contract Area During The Nesting Period Of The Animals, I.E. 1.5.-31.8. In Between. Work On The Site Can Be Started After The Bird Nesting Season On September 1, 2026. More Detailed Scheduling Between The Works In Sub-Areas 1–3 Will Be Agreed Upon Between The Client And The Selected Contractors During The Contract Negotiations. For Sub-Area 1, The Foundation Works Must Be Completed By 31 December 2026 At The Latest. All The Parts And The Whole Must Be Ready And Received With Approval No Later Than April 30, 2027.
