The National Police Needs A Supplier Who Will Assist With Service, Support And Maintenance Of The Daily Operation Of Set Up And Fully Configured Devices For Access Control, Alarms, Monitoring And Communication In The Police Locations. The Supplier Must Deliver A Service Desk For Communicating And Managing Tasks. Service And Support Tasks Will, Among Other Things, Consist Of Troubleshooting And Solving Ad Hoc Problems Related To: • Access Control (Adk) • Station Alarms (Aia) • Detention And Waiting Room Monitoring • Fire Alarms (Aba) At Detentions And Waiting Rooms • Camera Surveillance At Stations (Tvo) • Intercom Systems (From Doors, Gates And Detentions) • 100V Pa System.
