Todays Reception For Garden Waste Has Too Little Capacity, And Has Its Entrance And Exit At The Same Place. The Existing Solution Creates Traffic Problems On The County Road When It Is The Season To Get Rid Of The Garden Waste. In The New Area, The Customer Must Be Able To Drive Onto An Existing Exit, And Turn Into The Garden Waste Area Where The Customer Identifies Himself With An Id Card. After The Garden Waste Has Been Disposed Of, The Customer Can Continue In The Same Direction And Take Another Existing Exit. The Garden Waste That Is Thrown Over An Edge To Be Processed Will Be Collected Together And Packed For Removal In Attvins Normal Opening Hours. The Solution Described Is For Household Customers And Another Solution Will Be Created For Business Customers. Attvin Has The Option For The Garden Waste Solution To Have Other Opening Hours As This Does Not Require Its Own Staffing. Opening Hours From 07:00 To 21:00, Also On Public Holidays, Are Discussed. This Will Give The Customer A Completely Different Flexibility Than They Have Today. The Area Between Fylkesveg And The New Garden Waste Collection Point Will Have A Fence Of 2 Metres, Which Inside Such Facilities Satisfies The Requirement From The State Administrator. The Area Between The County Road And The Garden Waste Collection Point Will Appear As Green Area. The Customer Area Will Be Paved. The Walls To Be Established Will Form Railings, And Here Concrete Walls Will Be Used Due To The Height And Surface Requirements, And That There Will Then Be No Openings In The Wall With A View To Possible Rodents. The Assignment Consists Of Preparation Of The Terrain With Concrete Walls And Concrete Pavements, As Well As Some Asphalting. Furthermore, Lights, Barriers, Fences And Gates Controlled By Electronics Must Be Set Up. The Measure Is To Be Carried Out As A Turnkey Contract And Will Be Regulated By Ns 8407 With The Attached Contract Provisions. Start-Up Is Planned As Soon As The Contract Is Signed, And A Progress Plan Must Be Drawn Up In Accordance With Ns Point 21.2. Planned End Date For The Project Is 15 April 2027.
