The Term For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Is 12 /Twelve/ Months, After The Entry Into Force Of The Contract Or Until The Estimated Value Of The Contract Is Reached, Depending On Which Of The Two Events Occurs First. The Present Public Procurement, Including 2/Two/ Number Of Separate Items, According To Technical Specification - Annex No. 1 From Separate Item No. 1 To No. 2 Inclusive. The Residual Estimated Value At Which This Public Procurement Will Be Awarded, Including 2 /Two/ Number Of Separate Items, Is In The Amount Of Up To 45,101.00 Euros (Forty-Five Thousand One Hundred And One Euros And 00 Euro Cents) Without Vat, Including Separate Item No. 1 And Separate Item No. 2, According To Appendix No. 1 - Technical Specification. The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items That Will Be Awarded By Direct Award, According To Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, Is Eur 3,643.13 Without Vat, Which Represents 12.10 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order, Which Is Equal To Eur 48,744.13 Without Vat The Estimated Value Of Each Single Item From No. 3 To No. 5 Inclusive Is Below The Threshold Under Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code.
