The Subject Of The Order Includes Periodic Supplies Of Bread And Periodic Supplies Of Pasta For The Needs Of Social Service Institutions In The Territory Of Vidin Municipality. In The Event Of A Change In The Regulations Regarding The Taxation Of Products From The Subject Of The Order, The Parties Are Obliged To Comply With It, And If Necessary, Amend The Contract On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. The Term For The Execution Of The Contract Is 1 /One/ Year, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Assignment Letter Or Until The Funds For The Execution Of The Contract Are Exhausted, Whichever Is The Earlier. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. The Quantities Specified In The Technical Specification Are Approximate/Estimated/Orientative And Are Non-Binding For The Contracting Authority For A Period Of 12 /Twelve/ Months, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Tender Letter. The Contracting Authority, Through The Designated Persons For The Objects - Final Recipients, Reserves The Right To Increase And/Or Decrease Them Depending On The Needs/Needs Of The Establishments Within The Total Value Of The Contract.
