The Subject Of The Order Includes Periodic Supplies Of Bread And Periodic Supplies Of Pasta For The Needs Of Social Service Institutions In The Territory Of Vidin Municipality. In The Event Of A Change In The Regulations Regarding The Taxation Of Products From The Subject Of The Order, The Parties Are Obliged To Comply With It, And If Necessary, Amend The Contract On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Civil Code.
