The Subject Of The Order Covers The Insurance Of The Building Fund And The Durable Material Assets Of The State Agency For Refugees Under The Council Of Ministers, Detailed In Annexes No. 1 To The Relevant Technical Specification Under The Relevant Specific Position. The Execution Of The Public Procurement For Each Of The Designated Positions Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of This Documentation, The Conditions Defined In The Technical Specification For The Respective Designated Position, The Draft Contract For The Respective Designated Position And In Accordance With The Relevant National And European Legislation. The Deadline For The Execution Of The Order Under Specific Item No. 1 Is 12 (Twelve) Months Starting From 20.07.2026. The Deadline For The Execution Of The Order Under Specific Item No. 2 Is 12 (Twelve) Months Starting From 09/20/2026.
