Tenders Are Invited For European Tender For Integrated Ict Solution Social Domain

The Assignment Concerns The Delivery Of An Integral Ict Solution (Saas) For The Social Domain, Including Implementation, Migration, Management, Maintenance And Support. The Solution Is Aimed At Supporting The Implementation Of Statutory Tasks Within The Social Domain. The Agreement Is Expected To Enter Into Force On December 1, 2026 And Includes An Implementation Period Until January 31, 2028. Thereafter, An Initial Contract Term Of 5 Years Will Apply. The Agreement Can Be Unilaterally Extended By The Client With Four (4) Extension Options Of Two (2) Years Each. The Maximum Term Of The Agreement Is Therefore Approximately 13 Years, With A Final End Date Of January 31, 2041. The Estimated Total Value Of The Assignment, Including All Extension Options, Is Between € 800,000 And € 2,250,000 Excluding Vat Over The Entire Term.
