As Part Of Its Management Task, Rivm Is Responsible For Monitoring And Evaluating Prenatal Screening. This Concerns The Non-Invasive Prenatal Test (Nipt) And The Structural Ultrasound Examination (Seo), Including Prior Counseling. In This Context, Two National Monitors (Plus An English Translation) Are Set Up Every Year To Monitor The Quality And Accessibility Of This Screening, To Identify Bottlenecks (In The Healthcare Chain), To Make Adjustments, But Also To Provide Accountability To The Client, Vws And The Chain Partners. The Work With The Current Supplier Will End On December 31, 2026. A New Agreement For The Monitoring Of Pns Must Be Tendered By The Contracting Authority. Scope Of The Assignment The Assignment Concerns Carrying Out The Annual National Monitoring Of Nipt-Seo Based On Established Indicators. This Consists Of: 1. A Monitor Aggregated At National Level In Dutch And English; 2. A More Detailed Professionals Monitor Aggregated At A Regional Level In Dutch. Products From Previous Years Can Be Found On Monitor | Prenatal And Neonatal Screenings (Www.Pns.Nl). It Also Shows That The Vws Monitor Shows The General Trend In Recent Years. The Professionals Monitor Also Addresses Regional Differences. Trends Are Also Presented At A National Level. Duration Of The Agreement The Purpose Of This European Tender Is To Conclude A Service Agreement With One Contractor For The Monitoring Of Pns. The Intended Commencement Date Of The Agreement To Be Concluded Is January 1, 2027. The Contracting Authority Wishes To Conclude An Agreement With The Contractor For An Initial Period Of Four (4) Years, With An Additional Three (3) One-Year Extension Options. This Results In A Maximum Term Of The Agreement Of Seven (7) Years.
