The Contracting Authority Wishes To Conclude One Or More Framework Agreements For Arranging Bus Trips For Educational Activities Of The Affiliated School Communities. The Services Include Transport For Excursions, School Trips, Working Weeks, Sports Activities, Cultural Trips And Other Education-Related Activities At Home And Abroad. The Aim Of The Tender Is To Contract A High-Quality, Safe, Reliable And Future-Proof Transport Partner That Can Meet The Diverse Transport Needs Of The Participating School Communities During The Term Of The Agreement. The Total Annual Transportation Requirement Is Expected To Be More Than 30 Bus Trips Per Year Per School Community. The Exact Scope Of The Assignment Depends On The Activities Organized By The Participating School Community And May Fluctuate During The Term. The Estimated Total Order Value Over The Entire Term Of The Agreement, Including Any Extensions, Is More Than 50,000 Euros Excluding Vat Per School Community. This Estimate Is Solely Intended To Provide Tenderers With Insight Into The Expected Size Of The Contract. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Stated Quantities And/Or Order Value.
