The Client Follows A European Public Tender Procedure In Accordance With The Public Procurement Act (Aw), Published On The Tender Platform Tenderned. The Assignment Includes At Least Thirty Permanently Installed Noise Measurement Sets (Of Which 27 Class 2 According To Iec-61672-1 And 3 Class 1) And Three Mobile Noise Measurement Sets (Class 1 According To Iec-61672-1) For Collecting Data About Noise In The Municipality Of Eindhoven. The Position Of The Noise Measuring Units Is Determined In Consultation Between The Contractor And Client Before Installation. Where Possible, Noise Meters Are Placed Near Air Quality Meters. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Is Based On Historical Data And Amounts To €50,000 Per Year. With A Maximum Term Of Ten Years Of The Agreement, This Amounts To €500,000, Excluding Any Implementation Costs. Tenderers Cannot Derive Any Rights From This.
