Tenders Are Invited For Framework Agreement For Maintenance Of Public Lighting 2026-2032

The Municipality Of Woerden And The Municipality Of Oudewater Have Entered Into An Official Collaboration. Both Municipalities Tender This Work Jointly Through One (1) Tender Procedure. This Concerns The Intended Tender For The Public Lighting Maintenance Framework Agreement 2026-2032. The Work For The Work To Be Contracted Out In The Maintenance Ovl Municipality Of Woerden 2026-2032 Mainly Consists Of: - Work For The Functional Maintenance Of The Ovl; Repairing Malfunctions And Defects In Ovl Installations; Repairing Damage Caused By Collision And Vandalism To Ovl Installations; Cleaning And Preserving Light Poles; Painting The Light Poles; Moving, Adding And/Or Replacing Light Poles And/Or Fixtures; Removing And Replacing Light Poles For Events, Construction Work And The Like; Reporting On The Work Performed; Processing Data In An Obsurv Management System. Public Lighting (Ovl), The Framework Agreement Has A Maximum Estimated Size Of €4,000,000.00 Over The Maximum Term (See Section 3.4). The Maximum Contract Value Is €8,000,000.00 Excluding Vat. If This Maximum Size Has Been Reached, The Client Can No Longer Issue New Further Orders. After Completion Of The Last Further Assignment, The Framework Agreement Will Be Terminated, Even If The End Date Referred To In Paragraph 3.4 Has Not Yet Been Reached. Exceeding This Maximum Amount Is Not Possible, And Issuing Further Orders That Exceed The Maximum Amount Is Not Permitted. Without Prejudice To The Stated Maximum Size, The Actual Exhaustion Of The Framework Agreement Is At All Times Dependent On The Annually Determined Budgets And (Internal) Political Developments, As A Result Of Which The Budgets Made Available May Fluctuate During The Term And From Which The Contractor Cannot Derive Any Right To A Minimum Purchase.
