Since 2015, The Vng Has Had A Mandate To Conclude National Framework Agreements On Behalf Of Municipalities For Highly Specialized And Rarely Occurring Forms Of Youth Care And Wmo Support For People With A Sensory Disability. National Purchasing Is Necessary For These Forms Of Youth Care And Wmo Support, Due To The National Reach, Low Prevalence And The Required Specialized Knowledge And Infrastructure. The Current National Purchasing Of Youth Care Includes 14 Functions For Approximately 10,000 Children, Which Represents A Total Of Approximately 2% Of All Children In Youth Care - And Approximately 3% Of Youth Care Expenditure.
