The Contracting Authority Is Looking For Three (3) Contractors To Conclude A Framework Agreement That Will Ensure: Carrying Out An Independent Scenario Study For A Natural Gas-Free Heat Supply In A Specific Area, To Compare Technically, Financially And Socially Feasible Heat Options Per Cluster Of Building Types And To Arrive At A Substantiated Preferred Scenario For The District Implementation Plan For Energy Supply (Wupe). Within This Framework Agreement, We Expect To Award A Total Of 8-12 Scenario Studies For Wupes. The Scenario Studies For The Wupes In The De Blaak District And The Villages Of Biezenmortel And Berkel-Enschot Will In Any Case Fall Under The Intended Framework Agreement Because No Contractors Have Yet Been Contracted For These Assignments.
