Content Of The Tender This Tender Focuses On The Rental Supply, Installation And Removal Of Test Furniture And Related Services. The Testing Furniture Consists Of Tables And Chairs That Are Placed According To A Predetermined Schedule And Arrangement Of Exams And Tests, Up To A Maximum Of Approximately 2000 Sets Per Day. In Addition, An Inspection Tour Must Be Carried Out At The End Of Each Day That The Test Furniture Is Set Up In The Test Hall - And Is Therefore Not Being Set Up Or Taken Down. In The Um Sports Center, Mats Must Also Be Placed Under The Seats To Protect The Sports Floor. Finally, Um Block Posts Should Be Placed Near The Blocks For The Purpose Of Providing Information To Students. Purpose And Intended Result Of The Tender The Purpose Of This Request For Quotation Is To Enter Into An Agreement With One Party. The Effective Date Of This Agreement Is Scheduled For October 1, 2026 And Will End, Unless Extended, By Operation Of Law On September 30, 2027.
