You Cannot Derive Any Rights From The Amounts Mentioned. Based On Case Law (Judgment Ecli:Eu:C:2018:1034), The Municipality Is Obliged To Also Include A Maximum Turnover In The Agreement. The Maximum Turnover Is Set At € 6,500,000. If The Maximum Turnover Has Been Achieved, The Municipality Is Entitled To Terminate The Framework Agreement.
