This Concerns A European Non-Public Tender For The Selection Of A Contractor For The Framework Agreement For The Renovation And Sustainability Of Residential And Shopping Addresses On Beijerlandselaan And Groene Hilledijk Into A Diverse Shopping Area. In Recent Years, The Municipality Of Rotterdam Has Built Up A Temporary Real Estate Portfolio To Combat Undermining In Parts Of The Municipality Of Rotterdam. With This Assignment, The Municipality Aims To Thoroughly Make Objects On Beijerlandselaan And Groenehilledijk (Blgh) More Sustainable And Renovate Them. The Portfolio Consists On The One Hand Of Porch Apartments And On The Other Hand Of Downstairs-Upstairs Homes. An Important Aspect Of The Portfolio Is That It Partly Consists Of Homes That Are Part Of Homeowners Association Structures, Which Requires Extra Coordination And Cooperation With The Environment And Local Residents, Both During The Preparation Phase And The Actual Renovation. The Aim Of The Framework Agreement Is To Increase The Quality Of Living In The Neighborhood By Developing Homes That Are Not Only Energy Efficient And Meet The Requirements Of Comfort And Sustainability, But Are Also Future-Proof For The New Residents.
