The Central Waste Collection Point (Zas For Short) Consists Of A Rectangular Building With An Edge Length Of 56 X 56.50 M, Which Is Surrounded On All Sides By A Perforated Sheet Metal Facade. The Building Is Divided Into An Inner Courtyard That Is Open At The Top, Around Which An L-Shaped Two-Story Structure Is Arranged. The Structure Is Constructed Using Solid Reinforced Concrete, While The Supporting Structure Of The Partially Covered Courtyard Is Constructed Using Steel Construction. The Access For Vehicles Is Via Large Entrance And Exit Gates, The Access For People Is Via A Staircase Core With A Hydraulic Elevator Located In The Two-Story Installation. The Structure Is Crossed By Canals Underground (A Media Tunnel And A Canal For The Automatic Transport Of Goods) And Is Built On A Partially Demolished Bunker System. This Results In A Complex Foundation Situation Using A System Of Supports, Wall-Like Beams And Floor Slabs. The Building Will Have A Connection To The Canal For Automatic Goods Transport In The Basement, As Well As An Unloading Station On The Ground Floor. All Load-Bearing Walls Are Made Of Reinforced Concrete, Non-Load-Bearing Interior Walls Are Made Of 24-Gauge Aerated Concrete, And Interior Walls In Sanitary Areas Are Made Of Lightweight Construction.
