Project: Tender21269 - Dairy Products . This Request For Bids (Rfb) Is Issued To Establish A Vendor Of Record (Vor) Arrangement For Dairy Products. The Objective Of This Rfb Is To Establish An Enterprise-Wide Vor Arrangement With Multiple Vendors For The Supply And Delivery Of Dairy Products, On An As-Needed Basis, In Support Of Ontario Public Service (Ops) Ministries Across The Province. The Rfb Is Structured Into Sixteen (16) Geographic Zones And Includes One Distinct Product Category: Milk Pouches. Bidders May Submit Bids For One Or More Zones. Each Zone Will Be Evaluated And Awarded Independently. The Milk Pouches Product Category Is Further Divided Into Seven (7) Corresponding Zones Within The Commercial Envelope. Bidders May Bid On One Or More Of These Zones, And Each Zone Within This Category Will Also Be Awarded Separately. This Vor Arrangement Will Be Available To All Ministries Covered By The Ops Procurement Directive, Regardless Of Value And, On An Optional Basis, To Non-Ops Entities In Accordance With The Provisions In The Form Of Agreement. The Selected Bidders Will Be Required To Enter Into An Agreement For The Category They Were Successful In With Supply Ontario For The Provision Of The Deliverables Listed Under The Request For Bid.
