Scope Of Investment: A) Construction Of Door Openings, B) Enlargement Of Door Joinery (Installation Of Gates), C) Construction Of A New Floor With Substructure, D) Strengthening Of Walls And Foundations, Insulation Of Walls, E) Strengthening Of Column Structures, F) Strengthening Of Roof Structure Along With Replacing The Roof Covering, G) Adapting The Building To Fire Protection Conditions. All Based On The Decision To Approve The Construction Design And Building Permit, According To The Best Knowledge And In Accordance With Construction Practice. Temporary Works Include: - Securing The Area And Preparing It For Carrying Out The Above-Mentioned Works - Marking And Securing Dangerous Places - Setting Up Scaffolding, Constructing Working Platforms And Protective Barriers - Dismantling The Scaffolding Due To The Direct Proximity Of The Existing Wall To The Utility And Warehouse Building Subject To Reconstruction, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Construction Works With Particular Care And Use All Necessary Safeguards To Protect The Wall Against Damage, Displacement Or Violation Of Its Stability. In The Event Of Damage, Violation Or Destruction Of The Wall During The Execution Of The Works, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Immediately Perform All Repair, Reconstruction Or Reconstruction Works Of The Wall At His Own Expense And Risk, In A Way That Ensures Restoration Of Its Original Condition.
