1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Warehouse For Civil Defense And Population Protection In Dobre Miasto - Stage I. 2. The Investment Is Located On Plot No. Geod. 79/9, 80/2 Rev. 3 Cities Dobre Miasto, Dobre Miasto Commune.3. The Order Includes In Particular Preparatory Works, Demolition Works, Ground Level, Shell Stage, External Works And Execution Of Connections.4. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparatory Works, Including Felling Of Trees And Shrubs And Replacement Plantings, 2) Demolition Works, 3) Waste Management, 4) Groundbreaking, 5) Construction Of The Shell Of The Building, 6) Construction Of Technical Infrastructure Connections.5. Due To The Fact That The Subject Of The Order Constitutes The First Stage Of The Investment Implementation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Works In A Way That Enables The Direct Implementation Of Subsequent Stages Of The Investment Without The Need To Perform Demolition, Open-Pit, Dismantling Or Repair Works Regarding The Elements Performed Under This Order.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make And Secure All Culverts, Protective Sleeves, Installation Transitions And Technological Reserves Enabling The Implementation Of Subsequent Stages Of The Investment Without The Need To Disturb The Elements Made In Stage I. If It Is Necessary To Use Temporary Solutions, They Require The Prior Written Approval Of The Ordering Party.7. Any Works Performed Contrary To The Principle Of Staging And Targeting, Resulting In The Need For Subsequent Demolition Or Reconstruction Of The Completed Elements, Shall Be Borne By The Contractor.8. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 9. The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed From Funds From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program 2025-2026.10. Note - The Ordering Party Requires An On-Site Inspection Of The Subject Of The Order For Contractors Interested In Submitting An Offer.11. The On-Site Visit Is Intended To Familiarize The Contractor With The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Conditions For Its Implementation.12. Detailed Information About The On-Site Visit Is Specified In The Terms Of Reference.
