Arrangement Design (Appendix No. 1_1 To Swz), Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) (Appendix No. 1_2 To Swz), Bills Of Quantities (Appendix No. 1_3 To Swz). The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) Are Included In Annex No. 2 To Swz.3.5. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of The Contractors Carrying Out An On-Site Inspection. The Intention To Carry Out A Visit Should Be Reported Via The Purchasing Platform At: Https://Zamowienia.Mfipr.Gov.Pl/, And Its Date Will Be Set By The Ordering Party. The Application For An On-Site Visit, Together With A Commitment Signed By An Authorized Representative Of The Contractor To Maintain The Confidentiality Of The Information Provided (Appendix No. 13 To The Swz), Should Be Submitted By The Contractor Via The Purchasing Platform At: Https://Zamowienia.Mfipr.Gov.Pl/. The Intention To Conduct An On-Site Visit Must Be Reported No Later Than 3 Business Days Before The Offer Opening Date. During The On-Site Visit, The Ordering Party Does Not Provide Explanations Regarding The Content Of The Swz. People Who Come For A Visit Are Obliged To Report To The Reception (Entrance Ul. Wspólna 2/4). A Template Of The Confidentiality Obligation In The Case Of A Site Visit Is Annex No. 13 To Swz.3.6 Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, The Contractor, Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor Undertakes To Assign To Perform The Order Persons In Worker Positions Performing Dismantling, Installation, Assembly And Renovation Works Corresponding To The Scope Specified In The Design Documents, Employed Under A Full-Time Employment Contract, Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code. This Requirement Does Not Apply To Persons Managing Construction Works And Suppliers Of Materials/Equipment Necessary For The Execution Of The Order. 3.8 Method Of Documenting The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Point 3.7 And The Employers Rights To Control The Contract
