The Subject Of The Study Is A Change In The Use Of The First Floor Of A Municipal Building Along With The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Building With A Staircase With An Elevator. It Is Planned To Build A Medical Clinic On The First Floor Of The Building, Which Will Consist Of Six Medical Offices, A Rehabilitation Room, Social Facilities, Toilets And Cleaning And Storage Rooms. The Designed Staircase Is Planned To Be Located On The Rear /Eastern Side Of The Building In Place Of The Existing External Staircase, Which Provides Additional Access To The Police Station. The Planned Extension In A Horizontal Projection In The Shape Of A Rectangle With External Dimensions: 5.94 X 6.46 M And A Height Of 10.12 M, With A Flat Roof, Was Designed In Accordance With The Impassable Building Line Above 6.0 M From The Front Border Of The Plot.
