Tenders Are Invited For Renovation Of Selected Rooms In The Building Of The District Court In Rybnik

The Order Includes Renovation Works In Office Rooms And Courtrooms (56 Rooms In Total) Located On 4 Floors (Ground Floor, 1St Floor, 2Nd Floor, Attic) Of The Building Of The District Court In Rybnik With Its Seat In Rybnik At Ul. Józefa Piłsudskiego 33. These Rooms Will Be Renovated In Terms Of Building Partitions (Ceilings, Walls) And Their Functional And Finishing Layers (Plasters, Paint Coatings, Plasterboards, Suspended Ceilings, Pvc Flooring, Ceramic Tiles). In Terms Of Walls, Work Will Be Carried Out To Repair Cracks Occurring Locally On Walls And Casings Made Of Plasterboard. All Rooms Are Intended For Repainting Walls And Ceilings. The Bumpers Around The Office Chairs And Other Places Exposed To Damage And Dirt Will Be Replaced On The Walls, And Protective Profiles (Angle Brackets) Will Be Installed On The Convex Corners Of The Walls. Renovation Works On Floors Will Consist In Local Repair Work On The Pvc Floor Covering And Damaged Or Detached Ceramic Tiles. Due To The Dirt And Damage To The Suspended Ceilings, They Will Be Subject To Renovation To A Varying Extent Depending On The Degree Of Dirt Or Damage (Cleaning And Painting, Replacing Ceiling Tiles, Replacing The Suspended Ceiling). The Task Also Includes Local Replacement Of (Damaged Or Flooded) Plasterboard Cladding. As Part Of The Renovation, Work Will Also Be Carried Out To Increase The Acoustic Insulation Of Partitions In The Door Openings In The Walls Between The Courtrooms And Adjacent Office Rooms. There Will Also Be A Number Of Accompanying Works To Be Performed, Related To Cleaning And Securing Property And Equipment, As Well As Removing It, Re-Setting It And Assembling It.
