1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Roof Covering Of The Building Of The Neczk Municipal Swimming Pool In Kartuzy, Located At Ul. Os. Wybickiego 36, Plot No. 86/76 Rev. 7 Kartuzy. 2. The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of This Order Includes: 1) Dismantling Of The Existing Lightning Protection Installation And Installation Of A New Installation; 2) Dismantling Of Roof Rainwater Inlets, Replacing Them With New Ones, Sealing Them And Profiling The Drains; 3) Dismantling The Flashings And Insulation Of The Attic Walls; 4) Eliminating Bends And Bulges Of The Existing Felt At The Junction Of The Roof Slope With The Perimeter (Attic) Wall Risers; 5) On Attic Walls, Thermal Insulation Made Of Polystyrene. 5 Cm And A Thick Osb Board. 15 Mm; 6) Covering The Horizontal Surface Of The Roof And The Verticals Of The Attic Walls With The Overlap On The Attic Walls With 4Mm Sbs Underlayment And Sbs Topcoat Felt. 5.2 Mm;7) Processing Of Attic Walls With Coated Sheet Metal. 0.5 Mm;8) Treatment Of Existing Ventilation And Sewage Elements With Coated Sheet Metal;9) Removal And Disposal Of Construction Waste Generated During Construction Works.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, Specifying The Exact Scope And Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, Is Included In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 7 To This Tor. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Auxiliary Element For Calculating The Offer Price.
