1. The Subject Of The Design And Build Contract Is The Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation And The Implementation Of Construction Works On The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Pump Station No. 10 Balewo, Markusy Commune, Elbląg Poviat, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. The Functional And Utility Program Specifies The Required Scope Of Works And Standards Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Proper Operation Of Individual Technical And Technological Systems And To Achieve Functional Assumptions For Individual Facilities, Systems And Elements Of Land Development. The Aim Of The Planned Project Is To Ensure Protection Against Flooding Of The Population, Property And Arable Fields In The Balewo Polder With An Area Of ​​269 Ha By Rebuilding The Existing Balewo Pump Station No. 10 Serving The Balewo Polder In The Markusy Commune, Elbląg Poviat, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. The Reconstruction Will Involve The Demolition Of The Existing Facility And Construction Of A New Pump Station Facility. The Existing Pump Station Serves An Agricultural Polder, Was Built In The Interwar Period, Meets The Parameters Of A Class Iii Hydrotechnical Structure And Is Technologically Outdated. The Planned Pump Station Will Be Equipped With Automation And Visualization Of Pump Operation, As Well As The Ability To Remotely Control Its Operation, Which Will Ensure Better Drainage Of The Polder, Especially In The Event Of Sudden Hydrological Phenomena.
