3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is Expansion Of The Water Pipeline To Connect The Town Of Kaflarnia. 1. Water Supply Network. The Scope Of The Study Includes The Preparation Of An Architectural And Construction Design Of A Water Supply Network With A Diameter Of Dn 40 Mm To 100 Mm. Excavations Are Planned To Be Performed Mechanically, Except For Close-Ups And Intersections With The Existing Infrastructure And For Leveling The Bottom, Where Manual Excavations Should Be Used. The Average Depth Of The Channel Will Be From 1.50 M To 1.85 M From The Ground Surface. The Water Network Is Designed With Pipes: Pe 100 Hd Sdr 11 - 1476.33 Mpe 80 - 11.49 M Flanged Valves Type E Dn 100 - 4 Piecesdn 80 - 10 Pieces Aboveground Hydrant - 10 Pieceshydrant Aboveground With A Capacity Of 10 Dm3/S - 10 Pieces. Flushing And Disinfection Of The Pipeline - The Pipeline Must Be Disinfected And Rinsed Thoroughly Before Being Put Into Operation. Disinfection Should Be Performed With A 3% Sodium Hypochlorite Solution, Which Should Be Kept In The Pipeline For 24 Hours. After This Time, The Pipeline Should Be Thoroughly Rinsed And Subjected To Bacteriological Tests In A Laboratory Testing Bacteriological Water. Earthworks - Construction Of The Water Supply Network Should Be Carried Out In Narrow, Reinforced Excavations, The Width Of The Excavation Is 1.0 M. After Completion Of The Works, The Road Lane Should Be Restored To Its Original Condition. Marking Of Utilities - After Completing The Works On The Pipeline, The Installed Utilities Should Be Marked By Mounting Water Supply Signs Made According To Pn-62/B-09700 On The Poles Made Of Steel Pipes. Due To The Stratification Of The Subsoil, It Is Recommended To Construct The Water Supply Network On A Sand Bench With A Layer Thickness Of 0.10 M. Slopes, Depths, Diameters And Other Technical Parameters Of The Pipeline Are Presented In The Longitudinal Profile No. 3-10.2. Material Solutions1) Water Supply Network. Guidelines For The Construction Of The Water Supply Network 1) Soil And Water Conditions. Simple Geotechnical Conditions Exist In The Place Of The Planned Water Supply Network. No First Quaternary Aquifer Was Found In The Area Of Works Performed. 2) Earthworks The Route Of The Water Supply Network In Accordance With The Trench Development Project Should Be Commissioned To The Geodetic Service, And After Laying, Before Backfilling, An As-Built Inventory Should Be Carried Out (Journal Of Laws No. 8/75, Item 47). Earthworks Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Industry Standard Bn - 83/8836-02 Which Includes Requirements For Excavations, Their Protection And Acceptance Of Works. Before Commencing Earthworks, All Owners Of Relevant Underground Utilities Must Be Notified.
