A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 10 To The Swz; - Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 11 To The Swz; - Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 12 To The Swz; Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. The Subject Evidence: The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Subject Evidence In The Proceedings In Question.
