1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction Of An Open Ditch, The Construction Of A Footbridge With Elements Of Small Architecture In A Public Place As Part Of The Task Adaptation Of The City Of Dębica To Climate Change. Investment Location - Plots No. 2015, 2016, 2017, District 0004 Dębica. Construction Works Include In Particular: - Reconstruction Of Two Sections Of The Existing Open Ditch Into An Infiltration Ditch With A Trapezoidal Cross-Section, - Liquidation Of Part Of The Open Ditch On Section A-B, - Construction Of An Educational Path In The Form Of A Wooden Footbridge Raised Above The Existing Area, - Construction Of Small Architectural Objects, I.E. Playground Equipment, Benches With Backrests, Bicycle Racks, Educational Boards, Information Boards, Waste Bins, Animal Waste Bins, Weather Station, Hedgehog Houses And Construction Of Solar Lighting, - Construction Of A Surface: Safe Sand For Playground Equipment, Gravel Surface Made Of Washed Gravel, - Cutting Down Trees, - Planting Greenery, - Restoring A Grass Surface Near The Works Construction. When Executing The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Comply With The Dnsh Principle (Do No Significant Harm, I.E. Do No Significant Harm). The Ordering Party Provides Requirements Related To Green Procurement: • Limiting The Use Of Plant Protection Products And Using Alternative Pest Control Techniques• Purchasing, Whenever Possible, Native Ornamental Plants Produced Using Ecological Methods• Purchasing Products Delivered In Compostable, Reusable Or Biodegradable Packaging• Avoiding The Use Of Peat As An Improver Soil• Using Various Measures To Reduce Water Demand, Such As Mulching, Arranging Plants According To Their Water Needs Or Selecting Adapted/Native Ornamental Plants. The Performance Of The Above-Mentioned Duties Will Be Verified By The Supervisory Inspector. In Addition, The Employer Recommends:• Using Compost From Separately Collected Waste As A Soil Improver And Fertilizer, Using Strict Quality Controls• Using, Whenever Possible, Non-Potable Water, If Possible Supplying Water Directly To The Zone Rootstock• Avoiding Watering The Surface During The Warmest Hours Of The Day When Evaporation Is Highest, Especially In Summer• Applying Preventive Measures To Control Peat And Combat Invasive Alien Species• Ensuring Separate Waste Collection And Processing Of Organic Waste For Composting And Mulching Purposes
