The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Following Scope Of Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Regulations, Including Technical And Construction Regulations, And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art: Execution And Commissioning Of The Investment Entitled Reconstruction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building Located At Ul. Limanowskiego 20 In Szczecinek And Removal Of Its Defects, Found During The Performance Of Construction Works And During The Warranty Period For Physical Defects And Quality Guarantee, Which Will Be Able To Independently Fulfill An Economic Or Technical Function To The Extent Specified In: 1) Architectural And Construction Design (Including The Reconstruction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building, Reconstruction Of Premises No. 2 In A Multi-Family Residential Building And Reconstruction Of The Internal Gas Installation In Residential Premises In A Multi-Family Residential Building),2) Technical/Executive Design (Including Renovation Of Residential Premises, Renovation Of Common Parts Of The Building, Reconstruction Of The Staircase, Reconstruction Of Internal Water, Sewage, Gas And Electrical Installations)3) Stwiorb,4) Bill Of Quantities,5) Decision Granting A Building Permit Ref. The Detailed Scope Of Works Referred To In Section 1 Is Specified In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Bill Of Quantities Presented In The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Contract Are Only Informational Material And Do Not Constitute A Summary Of The Planned Works And All Expected Costs Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract. Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities, But Occurring In The Architectural And Construction Design, Technical/Executive Design Or Resulting From Them, Are Not Additional Works. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Bill Of Quantities, The Architectural And Construction Design, And The Technical/Executive Design, The Above-Mentioned Is Decisive For Determining The Scope Of Works.
