The Task Concerns The Expansion Of The Existing Building Of The Village Community Center With A Fire Station For The Volunteer Fire Department And A Civil Defense Warehouse, Where Equipment Necessary To Carry Out Tasks In Crisis Situations, Disasters, Mass Events, Large-Scale Events, Violent Meteorological Phenomena And During War Will Be Stored. The First Stage, In The Form Of Modernization Of The Village Community Center Rooms, Was Completed In 2025. In The Part Of The Existing Community Center Building, The Following Were Constructed In Stage I: A Village Community Room, A Utility Room, Kitchen Facilities, Sanitary Facilities And Communication. The Investor Obtained A Partial Use Permit For The Renovated Part Of The Building, The Village Community Center. Due To The Phasing Of The Investment, In The First Stage Of The Investment, The Previous Contractor Additionally Insulated The Outer Wall Of The Common Room Connecting With The Planned Volunteer Fire Department Building. The Wall Was Insulated With An 18-Centimeter Layer Of Mineral Wool. The Previous Contractor Also Made A Sewage Connection Under The Existing Hardening Of The Area - In Accordance With The As-Built Geodetic Inventory For Stage I. Due To The Occurrence Of Significant Changes In The Project, The Investor Applied For A Replacement Building Permit For The Task In Question. In Order To Meet The Requirements For Oc And Ol Rooms, An Alternative Design Was Developed In Which: - The Height Of The Building Was Changed From 6.94 M To 7.49 M, - The Purpose Of The Storage Room Marked No. 1.10 For The Third Party Liability Storage Room, - Intended Use Of Room No. 1.7 As A Garage Hall With The Third Party Liability And Third Party Liability Storage Function. As A Result Of The Expansion, Two Fire Zones Will Be Separated - The Volunteer Fire Department - Pm Rooms, While The Remaining Rooms Of The Rural Community Center Will Be Separated Into The Zli Human Hazard Category.
