Part 1 - Construction Of Lighting At Srebrna And Złota Streets In Olsztyn Construction Of A Lighting Network Of 13 Lighting Lanterns, Replacement Of 4 Lighting Fixtures, Modernization Of The Lighting Cabinet And Installation Of A Division Connector, Based On The Executive Documentation, Used To Describe The Subject Of The Contract For The Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Task Titled Construction Of Lighting At Srebrna And Złota Streets In Olsztyn The Detailed Scope Of Works For A Given Part Of The Order Is Presented In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Aim Of This Procedure Is To Obtain Construction Works Of The Quality Specified In The Swz. For These Reasons, The Ordering Party Has Exercised Due Diligence To Ensure That The Subject Of The Order Is Not Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Could Lead To Privilege Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products. If, Despite This, It Turns Out That Such Indications Appear Anywhere In The Swz And In Its Annexes, They Should Not Be Treated As Requirements Relating To The Subject Of The Contract, And Should Be Considered Only As Informational Indications (Not Binding On The Contractors). Equivalent Solutions That Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En 13201 Standard And The Technical Parameters Specified In The Detailed Design Are Allowed.
