The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Called Reconstruction Of Piers On The Municipal Beach In Lubniewice In The Design And Build Mode. Stage I - Design: Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Based On This Fup. Design Documentation Should Be Developed To The Extent Necessary For The Proper And Safe Performance Of All Works And Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Permits And Decisions. The Scope Of Design Documentation Includes: • Development Of The Concept And Obtaining The Employers Approval For The Proposed Material Solutions, Construction And Forms Of The Facility,• Preparation Of The Construction And Detailed Design,• Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works,• Preparation Of The Investors Cost Estimate And Bill Of Quantities,• Obtaining The Arrangements And Permits Required By Law (Including, Among Others, Water Law Consent, Building Permit Or Reporting Of Construction Works Not Covered By The Obligation To Obtain A Building Permit And Other Works Not Specified In This Fup But Resulting From The Regulations),• Providing Complete Design Documentation To The Ordering Party, Together With The Appropriate Arrangements And Permits For The Implementation Of The Investment In The Number Of Copies Specified In The Contract And On A Cd/Dvd.• The Documentation Must Be Accompanied By The Contractors Declaration That The Documentation Provided Is Consistent With The Contract, Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations And Standards And That It Is Provided In A Complete State. Stage Ii - Execution: The Execution Stage Includes Construction Works Performed Based On The Design Documentation Prepared In Stage I:• Preparatory Works,• Demolition Of The Existing Pier With Removal And Disposal (Boards Should Be Deposited In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party),• Construction Of Piers With Equipment (Ladders, Balustrades, Net Suspended Over The Water, Buoys And Net Limiting The Childrens Paddling Pool),• Installation Of Solar Lamps On The Pier.
