The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Municipal Access Road To Agricultural Land With A Total Length Of 326 Meters, Located On Plot No. 29/2 In Kunów, Zgorzelec Commune. 2. The Subject Of This Agreement Includes, In Particular:  Preparation Of The Area,  Construction Of A Road Bed Over The Entire Width Of The Road And Shoulders,  Construction Of A Foundation Made Of Cement-Stabilized Soil Over The Entire Width Of The Road And Shoulders,  Construction Of A Cut-Off And Drainage Layer Over The Entire Width Of The Road And Shoulders,  Construction Of A Lower And Upper Layer Of Subbase Made Of Basalt Mixture Over The Entire Width Of The Road And Roadsides, Construction Of A Two-Layer Asphalt Surface,  Formation Of Double-Sided Roadsides Thick 8 Cm, Construction Of An Exit And A Passing Road.3. A Detailed Description (Opz) And The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Annexes To This Swz (File Named Documentation.Zip - Annex 7, Which Consists Of: 1) Design Documentation 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works 3) Bill Of Quantities 4) Maps, Drawings 4. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum 36-Month Warranty Period For The Completed Construction Works And Built-In Materials. The Warranty Period Begins Upon Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol With The I Accept Clause. If Inspections Of The Materials And Devices Used Are Required To Maintain The Validity Of The Terms Of The Granted Warranty, All These Activities Must Be Provided By The Contractor And Included In The Offer Price. The Warranty Period For The Completed Construction Works And Built-In Materials And Installed Devices Is One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria. The Rules For Evaluating Offers Are Included In Chapter Xx Of Swz.5. Settlements. Payment For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made In One Payment, After The Entire Subject Of The Order Has Been Completed, Based On The Acceptance Protocol.
