1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of Municipal Road No. 031416C - Ul. Wyszyńskiego In Świecie, Together With The Construction Of Rainwater Drainage And Street Lighting.2. The Scope Of This Order Includes In Particular: • Construction Of A New Road Surface, • Construction Of A One-Sided Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles, • Reconstruction Of Pedestrian Roads, • Reconstruction Of Exits, • Reconstruction And Construction Of Parking Spaces, • Reconstruction Of The Intersection Of Ul. Wyszyńskiego From Ul. Krause,• Construction Of Bus Bays,• Installation Of Road Traffic Safety Devices,• Installation Of Small Architecture Elements,• Cutting Down Trees,• Construction Of Lawns,• Installation Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings,• Construction Of Rainwater Drainage,• Construction Of Street Lighting.3. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: • Introduce And Maintain Temporary Construction Markings In Accordance With The Temporary Traffic Organization Design Prepared And Approved By The Contractor, • Perform Test And Control Excavations (In Order To Identify Possible Discrepancies Between The Infrastructure Inventoried In The Design Documentation And Recording Resources, And The Actual Condition); The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform These Excavations In Advance To Provide The Ordering Party And The Investors Supervision, At Least 2 Weeks Before The Planned Date Of Completion Of The Works On A Given Section, The Results Of The Analysis Of Data Obtained During These Excavations In Terms Of Collisions Of Existing Utilities With The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, Unforeseen In The Design Documentation, • Geodetic Marking Out And Carrying Out An As-Built Inventory, • Ensuring Ornithological Supervision During Tree Felling, • Organization And Coordination Works In Such A Way As To Enable Representatives Of The Water Supply And Sewerage Plant (Zwik) To Repair The Existing Water Supply System At The Intersection Of Ks. Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński And Fr. Stanisław Krause. The Contractor Will Provide Access To The Work Site, In Particular By Appropriately Preparing The Area, Securing It And Removing Any Possible Obstacles Preventing The Execution Of The Works By Zwik. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With Zwiks Representatives In The Organization And Implementation Of The Above Works. The Above Activities Should Be Included In The Work Implementation Schedule. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party For Enabling The Work To Be Performed By Zwik, In Particular Regarding The Extension Of The Contract Implementation Deadline Or Additional Remuneration, Provided That The Need To Perform Them Was Provided For In The Procedure Documentation.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Execution Of A Trial Section For This Task.5.
