The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of An Agreement Covering The Replacement Of Windows And Balcony Doors With Pvc Joinery, Including The Replacement Of External And Internal Window Sills In Premises Belonging To The Resources Of The City Of Łódź And Located In The Resources Of The Commune Of Łódź.2. The Ordering Party Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Implementation Of The Order With A Maximum Of 2 Contractors Who Meet The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure, Are Not Subject To Exclusion And Offer The Most Favorable Conditions In The Offer Evaluation Criteria. If Fewer Than 2 Contractors Submit An Offer That Cannot Be Rejected, The Ordering Party Will Invalidate The Procedure. Depending On Its Needs, The Ordering Party Will Successively Send Orders To The Contractors With Whom A Framework Agreement Will Be Signed. The Price Components Included In The Contractors Offer Cannot Be Changed During The Settlement Of The Construction Work. The Rules For Ordering Replacement Of Joinery Are Described In The Draft Contract.
