Lipowa) From Km 1 + 439.00 To Km 2 + 308.00 In Piotrowice, Oświęcim County, On The Section From The Border Of The Przeciszów Commune With The Polanka Wielka Commune To The Intersection Of Ul. Lipowa From Ul. Wrzosowa. The Scope Of The Task Includes Works Including: On The Construction Of The Road Surface And Road Widening On Curves, Construction Of A Sidewalk And Roadside, Reconstruction Of Individual Exits, Reconstruction Of The Intersection With Dg 510353K, Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, Construction Of The Wk1 Outlet, Construction Of Drainage, Demolition And Reconstruction Of Road Ditches Along With Culverts Under The Exits, Reconstruction Of The Culvert Under Dp 1899K, Reconstruction Of The Network Water Supply, Securing The Water Supply Network, Reconstruction Of The Lighting Pole, Reconstruction Of The Telecommunications Network, Securing The Telecommunications Network. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Works Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: • Design Documentation, • Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), • Bills Of Quantities, • Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract. The Works Will Be Carried Out Based On The Works Notification. The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: For: • Laying (Executing) A Bituminous Wearing Course Over The Entire Width Without A Technological Seam; • Carrying Out Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Taking Into Account All Arrangements With The Administrators Of Networks And Devices Existing In The Area Of Works; • Securing The Construction Site, Including The Construction Facilities, At The Own Expense, In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Fire Protection Regulations; • Organizing, During The Works, Access Routes To Properties Located In The Area Of Works; • Notifications Owners Of Real Estate Affected By Interruptions In The Supply Of Electricity, Water, Gas And Others Caused By The Works Being Carried Out, At Least 3 Days Before The Planned Interruptions;• Execution Of Works Resulting From The Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of Construction, Along With The Ongoing Maintenance Of The Signs And Their Removal After Completion Of The Works;• Ensuring, At Their Own Expense And Responsibility, The Following: Storage, Transport, Disposal Of: Materials From Demolitions, Dismantling, Felling And Waste;• Ensuring The Management Of The Construction And Works By Persons Having Appropriate Professional Qualifications And Authorizations To Carry Out Work In Particular Specialties Consistent With The Subject Of The Order.
